DBT Skills

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a collection of skills focused on mindfulness to help you manage your mental and emotional well-being.  DBT tools can be used proactively as a deterrent to behavioral challenges or in the moment to de-escalate your mood when panicked or triggered. 

These tools helped me get through some of my most difficult times, and I still utilize many of them to this day.
