Emotional Support Session
This 30 minute session offers you a safe space for you to be heard without judgment. A place to vent and talk about whatever challenges you’re going through without the pressure of feeling like you have to do something about it. Your feelings are validated and sometimes we just need someone to listen and hold space for us to get it out.
