Weekly Forest Walk

Join me at 10 AM on Saturday mornings in October and November for a guided forest bathing session along the beautiful Oil Creek bike trail in Titusville, PA. You will engage all your senses and experience the forest like never before. This event will be free, and remain scheduled rain or shine.

10 Day Grounding Challenge

Join me as I embark on a 10-day journey to deepen our connection with the present moment while engaging all your senses. Spend time grounding and centering by engaging all your senses, and connecting to your breath and your body utilizing 10 different techniques – including deep breathing, the 5 Senses method, visualization techniques, and more. In just 10 minutes, you’ll feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Plus, gain access to a private community to share your experiences and discover the profound benefits of connecting with the present moment with these techniques.

Peace and Presence Coaching Program

This 12- week group coaching program will help you cultivate greater peace, the ability to flow more easily through life, the strength for increased happiness and joy, and a more positive outlook. Through mindful practices, you’ll reconnect with yourself, your body, and your deepest desires.
